By accessing or using the IREV Scholarship Portal ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Eligibility

To use this Platform, you must:

• Be a Nigerian student enrolled in Primary, Junior Secondary, or Senior Secondary school
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Have parental or guardian consent if you are under 18

Interviewers and tutors must additionally meet the qualification requirements set by the Platform administrators.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not share your account with any other person
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not create multiple accounts for the same individual

3. Scholarship Application Process

The scholarship process on this Platform involves multiple stages:

• Stage 1: Online examination — students must achieve a passing score
• Stage 2: Live interview with a certified interviewer
• Stage 3: Training and final assessment

Progression through stages is determined solely by performance. The Platform administrators reserve the right to verify all submitted information and disqualify any applicant found to have provided false information.

4. Fees and Payments

Certain features of this Platform require payment, including application processing fees. By making a payment:

• You confirm the payment is made voluntarily for the specified service
• You agree that fees are non-refundable once processing has begun
• You must upload a valid payment receipt where required
• You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. The Platform does not store your card details.

5. Interviewer and Tutor Conduct

Interviewers and tutors on this Platform agree to:

• Conduct assessments fairly, honestly, and professionally
• Not solicit or accept payments directly from students outside the Platform
• Upload accurate proof of completed sessions
• Not falsify scores or interview records
• Maintain confidentiality of student information

Violation of these obligations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending earnings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Nigerian law
• Share exam questions or answers outside the Platform
• Manipulate exam or interview scores

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including exam questions, training materials, and software, is the property of the IREV Scholarship Portal. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

8. Payouts

Interviewers and tutors are entitled to earnings as described in their respective dashboards. Payouts are subject to:

• Verification of completed and legitimate sessions
• Admin approval within a reasonable processing period
• Provision of valid Nigerian bank account details

The Platform reserves the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of any reported misconduct.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your account poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the scholarship process.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform's announcement system.
